Jeypore Law College

Established in 1981–82, Jeypore Law College is a pioneering institution providing quality legal education in the Koraput District, one of Odisha’s most remote regions. Committed to spreading legal awareness, the college nurtures competent law professionals to serve society with integrity and justice.

The college acquired its own campus in 1987, received Bar Council of India approval in 1990, Permanent Concurrence from the Odisha Government in 1992, and Permanent Affiliation from Berhampur University
in 1993. The two-year LL.M. program was introduced in 2007 with 24 seats. Since 2021, the college is affiliated to Madhusudan Law University, offering 3-Year LL.B. (120 seats) and 2-Year LL.M. (30 seats) programs.

The campus features a modern library, computers, moot court hall, seminar hall, playground, and staff quarters, with 24×7 CCTV and anti-ragging measures, ensuring a safe, holistic learning environment.
